Frank Stephens is a Welsh former professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s and '30s who at representative level has played for Wales, and at club level for Wigan, playing at Prop, or Second-row, i.e. number 8 or 10, or, 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.[1]

International honours

Frank Stephens won caps for Wales while at Wigan 1926…1930 4-caps.[2]
